A Lucky 15 means 15 bets placed on four selections, each in a different race. The bet has 1 fourfold, 4 trebles, 6 doubles and 4 singles. That fourfold is a four-horse acca, so four horses in one bet. One winning selection brings you a return, and if all four win the payout is the most.
Four selections come from our model, which rates them as the best chances of winning. Each runs in a different race, and every race has at least five runners. We work out our record using the starting price for each of 15 one-point win bets. The stake amounts to 15 points in all. If a horse doesn't run, that is treated as void, so the other legs stay live.
